we believe that if you as a customer have a problem, the most important thing is for us to respond and resolve it as quickly as possible without any hassles or headaches.
we have found that the most effective way our customer care team can provide you with the best possible service is by making a commitment to be available 7 days a week to respond to your enquiries or concerns in the quickest possible time.
Our preferred method of contact is via our Customer Care email address (customercare@metriocoffee.com.au). We are confident that you will get a better quality, more direct service with us via email than you would over the phone. However if you prefer to speak with a real person directly that's not a problem – between 9am to 5pm AEST (excluding public holidays) on 1300 1 METRIO. Our Customer Care Team is also more than happy to answer any questions you may have over the phone.
