Dispatch Timeframe

we will ship/dispatch most orders within 3 business days following the date you place your order (excluding out of stock items / some items require a longer dispatch time). we’ll deliver to your home, office or any other address you request (excluding post office box addresses), including some international addresses (please refer to international postage requirements in faq section).

Phone Orders

Orders can be placed by phone by calling 1300 1 METRIO (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays from 9am to 5pm Australian Eastern Standard Time GMT+10).

Order & Shipment Confirmations

If you place an order online you will instantly receive an order confirmation via email (and mobile SMS if ordering within Australia).

Should you need to make any changes to your confirmed order please call us on 1300 1 METRIO or alternatively send an email with your order reference number in the subject line to orders@metriocoffee.com.au.

Please note that once you have received a shipment confirmation notice it will be too late to make any changes to your order.
